As an Assistant General Manager at GO Car Wash, you’ll learn to manage your own site and assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations, inventory, equipment, service, and safety standards. You’ll also help with hiring, training, coaching, and developing teammates to perform their jobs well and uphold our values.

• Assist the Site General Manager with daily operations.
• Support inventory, equipment, service, and safety standards.
• Address customer claims and deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set an example by performing car wash activities with excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of management experience in a service‑related business.
• Car wash experience preferred (not required).

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
• Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
• Organize time and work to complete many varying responsibilities.
• Achieve results independently and work collaboratively with team.
• Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges.

Typical pay includes an hourly base of $17.50 plus $2 per hour commission on membership sales and a $500 bonus at 100% of plan targets. Benefits include health, 401(k), paid time off, free car washes, and growth opportunities.
