Action Link is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Arlington, VA 22202 and the surrounding area. The role involves working with cutting-edge electronics to enhance the retail experience.

• Visit major retail stores within an assigned territory to complete merchandising projects.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Thursday; 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. No weekends or evenings.
• Potential for additional hours when covering larger regions or travel.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

  General merchandising projects paid at $17.00 per hour.

• Experience:
  
  Prior merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility:
  Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Attention to detail:
  Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork:
  Capable of working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech readiness:
  Internet access, basic handheld tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled smart device with the latest OS; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Travel ability:
  Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; use of vehicle is required to perform responsibilities.
• Physical ability:
  Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
