• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and lead a team of retail professionals to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicate directives and areas for improvement with team members, ensuring alignment with shared goals.
• Collaborate with Store leadership to drive store sales and other performance metrics, contributing to overall business growth.
• Help shape the success of the store and support a dynamic, customer-focused team environment.

• Leadership, communication, and retail expertise with strong interpersonal skills to motivate and collaborate with the team.
• Excellent communication to provide constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding of retail operations and sales strategies; ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with software and tools used in the retail industry to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for retail and leadership.
