Join Action Link as a Part‑time Retail Merchandiser. Bring your expertise to high‑profile electronics brands across major retail stores.

• Complete installation projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule up to 25 hours per week, available Monday‑Thursday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (no weekends or evenings).
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

• General merchandising projects are paid at $16.00 per hour.
• Additional technical projects provide higher rates based on need.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.
• Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
• Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance.
• Paid training time provided for program success.
• Accrue PTO hours every week you work.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail; follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when required.
• Tech‑ready:
  Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; required to use vehicle for job responsibilities.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
