As Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in leading kitchen operations, inspiring the team, and helping craft an unforgettable dining experience for our guests—from intimate lunches to large-scale events.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, prep, and presentation.
  • Collaborate on seasonal menus and creative specials that reflect local ingredients and our garden-first philosophy.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, setting the tone for teamwork, professionalism, and positivity.
  • Partner with the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold kitchen efficiency, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong culinary foundation and passion for seasonal, locally inspired cuisine.
  • Prior kitchen leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a calm, team-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Toast POS, and Tripleseat is a plus.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and physical stamina (able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet).
