Full‑time Leasing Consultant – Audubon Village, Richmond, VA.

• Assist the Community Manager with rent collection.
• Assist residents with new home inspections.
• Help implement resident renewal and retention programs.
• Maintain current knowledge of surrounding markets and complete weekly traffic reports.
• Inspect community common areas, units, and grounds regularly.
• Record daily resident information related to walk‑in traffic, move‑ins, and move‑outs.
• Assist in maintaining resident files.
• Assist with resident renewal paperwork and rent collections.
• Distribute non‑payment notices to delinquent residents.

• Complete knowledge of lease agreements preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers and common office programs (Word, Excel); basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing are required.
• Background screening and drug test required.
