Quality Manager | Mattawan, MI Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and manage non-conformance resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced QMS software implementation or optimization
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
