What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of quality control, inspection, and testing to ensure world-class standards.
  • Develop and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and other key standards.
  • Lead and mentor the quality team, cultivating a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
  • Analyze metrics (PPM, scrap, COQ, systems compliance) and report findings to drive strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet strict requirements and build stronger supplier partnerships.
  • Partner with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align quality objectives across the organization.
  • Champion customer focus by addressing feedback, improving satisfaction, and ensuring flawless product delivery.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and APQP activities, ensuring compliance and driving corrective/preventive actions.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, APQP, PPAP).
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager or Six Sigma Black Belt are a strong plus.
