• 3-5 years of experience as an RN.
• Qualified applicants must have 1-3 years of experience in the correctional setting.
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Willingness to obtain Virginia licensure.

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver acute and chronic care within the scope of a Registered Nurse (RN) in a correctional setting.
• Manage medication administration, triage, and emergency response procedures in alignment with correctional healthcare standards.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document patient care, treatment plans, and follow-up in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure, structured environment, providing care that truly matters.
