Job Description

The VCC Nursing Supervisor provides direct patient care, supervises staff performance, and ensures that the established plan of care is being followed. Responsibilities include 8‑hour accountability for the management of resident care, notifying physicians and families about changes in resident condition according to established protocols, updating resident care plans and assignment sheets as appropriate, responding to staffing needs/issues, and consistently demonstrating leadership skills.

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current, valid and unencumbered RN license issued by the State of Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

• RN license issued by the State of Minnesota.
