This full‑time position offers a salary range of $80,672 – $103,404, with $7,500 sign‑on bonus or $10,000 student loan repayment available for eligible new hires.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult inmates per the standards of practice.
• Deliver 24‑hour nursing care, telemedicine, chronic care clinic services, sick call screening/triage, medication administration, patient education, and basic life support/emergency care.
• Document all relevant information in the health record while maintaining confidentiality.
• Delegate tasks, manage workload, and provide coverage as needed.
• Promote evidence‑based nursing care and pursue continued competence through education and certification with a focus on correctional nursing.

• Valid unrestricted Virginia RN license (or NCLEX‑RN scheduled for recent graduates).
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in a correctional setting.

Background investigation and drug testing required for all candidates.
