About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you’ll provide exceptional care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care plans, ensure patient safety, and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice. This role is ideal for nurses with Cath Lab experience looking to grow their career in a supportive and innovative environment.

What they Offer

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Competitive Pay: $45.00–$60.00/hour, based on experience

Work-Life Balance:

• Monday–Friday, day shifts with varying start times
• Minimal call requirements: 1–2 nights/week and every 3rd or 4th weekend
• 30-minute or less response time for on-call shifts
• Access to on-site daycare services
• Collaborative team environment focused on excellence and patient-centered care

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred or currently enrolled in a BSN program

Experience:

• Previous Cath Lab, Critical Care, or Emergency Department experience required

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (or eligibility for licensure)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
