PRN- Registered Nurse; RN

Riverside Lifelong Health prototype in Mathews is hiring a PRN‑A Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team serving the local community. The position requires at least four shifts per four‑week schedule, with at least two weekends covered.

Pay
:
Starting at $42.00 per hour and flexible scheduling.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, coordinating with all disciplines to provide high‑quality service and positive resident outcomes.

• Assign duties to professional and non‑professional staff based on education, training, policy, and resident need; engage team members for optimal performance and address performance issues as needed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident plans of care, communicate them to providers, residents, families, and staff, and document changes in condition following established processes.
• Respect resident choices within safety/dignity limits and follow facility policies and procedures regarding privacy and dignity.

• Less than 1 year (6 months) of Long‑Term Care experience (Required)
• Preferred: 2 years LPN experience in a Long‑Term Care or Assisted Living setting; öý 1 year RN experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia спны Plumes Health Professions (required upon hire)
• CPR/BLSendant certification within 30 days of hire (required)

• Weekend shifts
• Irregular shifts
