The primary purpose of the position is to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (“RAI”) process in accordance with the requirements of state and federal law as well as the policies and goals of the community.

• Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Active CPR or BLS certification.
• Intermediate computer skills; ability to navigate electronic health record software.

• Part‑time opportunity available.
• Shifts:
  
  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
