Women‑Virginia is seeking a volunteer Board member from the Tri‑cities area to join our growing organization. We are experiencing a high demand to add mentoring circles in area middle and high schools. In order to serve more girls, we are looking for professional women with the following:
- Connected with schools and businesses in the Tri‑cities area
- BIPOC/woman of color
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking a plus)
- Business experience preferred
- Mental health training a plus
- 1 year commitment with option to renew
- Passionate about helping teen girls
- Leadership experience
Time commitment:
Monthly Board meeting, volunteer on subcommittee, networking, visit school circles.
