- 负责海外增长营销内容的策划与创作,内容涵盖官网、社交媒体及其他线上渠道;
- 搭建并维护产品营销内容库,系统化梳理产品卖点、客户痛点与价值主张,构建可复用的内容资产体系;
- 基于用户旅程与市场阶段(认知–考虑–转化),结合各地区文化语境与渠道特性,制定内容叙事策略,确保品牌价值精准传递;
- 与产品、售前、客户成功及市场团队紧密协作,将产品价值与客户成功案例转化为具有情感共鸣与商业影响力的品牌故事;
- 利用数据洞察(包括但不限于CTR、CVR、观看时长、线索转化等)评估内容表现,不断优化策略与创意方向,驱动用户增长与品牌影响力提升。
- Responsible for planning and generating marketing content for Lark s overseas growth, covering official websites, social media, and other online channels;
- Build and maintain Lark s product marketing content library, systematically organizing product selling points, customer pain points, and value propositions to establish a reusable content asset system;
- Develop content narrative strategies based on the user journey and market stages (awareness, consideration, conversion), incorporating regional cultural contexts and channel characteristics to ensure accurate delivery of brand value;
- Collaborate closely with product, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing teams to transform product value and customer success stories into brand narratives that evoke emotional resonance and business impact;
- Utilize data insights (including but not limited to CTR, CVR, watch time, lead conversion, etc.) to evaluate content performance, continuously optimize strategies and creative directions, and drive user growth and brand influence.
- 英文口语流利,书面表达需达到出版级,文案措辞自然、富有感染力,能够深入理解并熟练运用英语文化语境下的细微差别;精通中文,可灵活适配跨文化沟通的表达差异;
- 具备出色的英文写作、编辑与内容策划能力,能将复杂概念转化为清晰、有吸引力的表达;
- 2年以上B2B、SaaS或企业服务类内容策划、市场营销或增长相关经验;
- 具备优秀的跨部门协作与项目管理能力,能够高效推动多团队、多地区项目落地;
- 具备数据驱动思维,能基于内容表现数据优化策略,提升整体营销效果。
- Fluent in spoken English with publication-grade writing skills, capable of crafting compelling and culturally nuanced content;
Expert in Chinese and cross-cultural communication, ensuring clarity and impact for diverse global audiences; - Excellent English writing, editing, and content planning skills, capable of translating complex concepts into clear and engaging expressions;
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise services-related content planning, marketing, or growth roles;
- Strong cross-departmental collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to efficiently drive the implementation of multi-team and multi-region projects;
- Data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing strategies based on content performance data to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
