Work out Production Plan, Capacity Plan, Resource Plan, and Material Requirement Plan to meet sales requirements while controlling inventory within a reasonable level. Continuous enhancement of Integrated Production Plan to consolidate and reconcile all site activities plus downtimes to maximize capacity/facility utilization consistently.

• Take overall charge of PT Shanghai Budget process, get alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum capacity utilization with reasonable inventory level and acceptable period cost; act as China SPOC to ensure a timely and accurate budget publication and clarify all details with Global.
• Be responsible for site production capacity plan and resource plan, baseline for site budget and Headcount plan; responsible for site Master Production Schedule and Daily Production Schedule with all factors including sales demand, production capacity, inventory level, etc.
• Take care of Material Requirement Plan for packaging material and excipient, ensuring sufficient material supplies to support consistent production without any shortage.
• Monitor procedure of procurement, delivery, production, testing, release and deviation; assess business impact for major variance beyond tolerance and lead cross-functional coordination for action plans when necessary to meet sales demand on time.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate all necessary site activities and projects to maximize capacity/facility utilization and minimize negative impact on production.
• Closely cooperate with regional & global demand/supply planners and PSCO to exchange latest production data and information as well as obtain necessary support and resources for PT Shanghai.
• Be responsible for CMO products supply plan including DS/DP replenishment coordination; be responsible for CMO finish goods, DS inventory level management.
• Lead production and material planning team, coach, and develop subordinates.

• Degree Holder.
• Above 10 years working experience (more than 8 years in production planning preferred).
• Familiar with SAP system (PP&MM modules, APO).
• Good English (CET6) and skillful operation of computer.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good analytical and expressive skill.
• Good at communication, cross-functional cooperation, and adaptability.

• Good management & influencing skill to coach, engage, and motivate subordinates to realize their potential to meet expectations from both business growth and individual development.
