• Pay Range: $26.61 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

• Starting salary for position: $26.62

This position is based at the PCA Box Plant in Roanoke, VA and will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance activities and answer breakdown calls in a production environment.

All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft; training is provided to develop these skills.

• 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
• Production schedule includes 3 shifts; technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority, with opportunities to change shifts.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry is a plus.
