** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
* Monitor and improve performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals.
* Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
* Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS (SAP) daily.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP (CMMS) schedules.
* Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician.
* Submit parts and tool requirements through inventory systems.
* Assist in managing overall shift performance and communicate work assignments.### ###
** Your Background
*** High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
* Experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication tasks.
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with SAP.
* HVAC and welding experience preferred.
* Ability to operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and simple schematics.
* Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q, JIDOKA, 6S) is a plus.###
