- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced production environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain reliability and efficiency across all equipment.
- Continue developing multi-craft skills through provided training and hands-on experience.
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial or manufacturing machinery.
- Technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
- Experience in packaging, printing, or related production environments is a plus.
- Technicians are expected to bring their own basic hand tools.
- Specialized and heavy-duty tools are provided by the employer.
