Responsibilities
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement in a designated brewery area to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products using Molson Coors’ WCSC principles and best practices. Monitor systems like PPCCS, optimize processes, and improve reliability.
  • Collaborate with brewery leadership and cross-functional teams to develop team members’ technical and leadership skills, fostering accountability and sound decision-making.
  • Master process control through data analysis, loss elimination, and asset optimization. Maintain data integrity and support brew line performance.
  • Execute plans such as DDS, WDS, and 90-day initiatives. Ensure compliance with Molson Coors policies and quality systems (SQF, HACCP, GMP) to uphold product safety and quality.
  • Report to the Sr Mgr Operations - Brewing and lead safety efforts, ensuring a safe work environment and adherence to GMP.
What You’ll Be Brewing / Requirements
  • Manage operational and process control within the assigned area to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversee asset care and maintenance for all equipment in the area of responsibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead problem-solving activities to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support team performance and career development, fostering a culture of engagement while monitoring operational productivity.
  • Lead and coordinate safety efforts, ensuring compliance with GMP and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to Molson Coors quality standards, including hygiene and analytical requirements.
  • Education/

    Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in brewing, technology, biology, microbiology, food science, or related field and/or 2+ years of relevant experience.
    • Certificate in brewing science (Siebels or IBD) preferred.
    • Deep understanding of brewery operations and interdependencies across Brewing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance.
    • Expertise in brewing processes, including raw material handling, fermentation, yeast management, filtration, and blending.
    • Knowledge of Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain principles.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, manage risks, and control costs; experience with MCMS for data tracking and traceability.
    • Technical knowledge of SAP and maintenance systems, with troubleshooting skills and familiarity with RCM and CBM practices.
    • Leadership capability to manage diverse teams, set priorities, and adapt to changing production needs.
    • Working knowledge of process control systems and mechanical/electrical components (pumps, valves, drives, data logging).

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range posted includes base salary and annual incentive expectations; actual pay is determined by location, experience, skill set, and internal equity. Example ranges are provided for planning purposes. Total Rewards include base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health/dental/vision, retirement with employer match, generous PTO, wellness program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Pay & Benefits (Illustrative)

Posting salary range reflects current estimates; final compensation is based on non-discriminatory factors. Example outcomes include a base salary in the range of roughly $72,500 to $95,100 with associated short-term incentives, and potential benefits worth approximately $23,000 per employee on average.
