** Job Description

PAY $17.80 HOUR
** Responsibilities:
*** Operates in a safe manner, and in accordance to all company policies and procedures.
* Uses a handheld computer to pick and scan product.
* Communicates effectively with other TM's and assists in coordinating to accomplish all assigned tasks.
* Operates powered pallet jack, forklift and/or reach truck. Inspects daily, charges batteries, maintains battery water level, and changes batteries as necessary.
* Delivers raw materials, packaging, and pallets to the appropriate production areas.
* Moves inventory in an organized manner to store in a subzero freezer, cooler, and a dry goods area.
* Moves finished goods and work-in-progress from production lines to the shipping area.
* Unloads trucks.
* Covers and stretch-wraps pallets.
* Ensures assigned production lines are continuously supplied with clean raw materials and packaging.
* Records movement transactions in the SAP system.
* Ensures all raw materials and finished goods are labeled correctly.
* Maintain an organized and clean work environment according to 5S principles, GMP's, and USDA regulations.
* Reports any damages, discrepancies, unsafe behaviors, and risks to Lead.
** Requirements:
*** Must be able to lift a 50 pounds and push/pull 100 lb.
* Must be able to stand for long periods.
* Must wear steel/composite toe boots that conform to site requirements.
* Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.
* Must be able to work in a cold environment (
-10 degrees below zero to 40 degrees

F).
* Must be willing to accomplish other duties as assigned.
