Mailshop W&D Helper

Our client seeks a Mailshop W&D Helper to join their rapidly growing team. The Mailshop W&D Helper supports the operation of production machines by sorting mail, inserting tags, and rewinding stamp rolls. They maintain quality standards, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members to optimize production. This role involves physical tasks and requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with electrical and mechanical expertise
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Well-organized with task prioritization abilities
• Able to bend, stand, repeat motions, and lift up to 70 pounds
• Willing to learn, develop new skills, and ensure quality work
• Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment like inserters, conveyors, bows, and forklifts
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Knowledge of running air lines, conduit, and wiring for equipment setup or relocation
