Plant Supervisor

Plant Supervisor – Join Vulcan Materials Company to lead plant operations.

• Promote safety and ensure zero accidents at all plant locations, complying with all Vulcan policies.
• Plan daily plant production schedule to optimize use of equipment, personnel, and inventory.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to all plant employees; collaborate with HR for recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze production and quality‑control data to maintain product within specifications and implement preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operations, and environmental policies; continuously improve health‑and‑safety performance.
• Assist in daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment to keep operations reliable and safe.

• Previous supervisory experience in aggregate, sand/gravel, or asphalt production.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities for both direct and indirect reports.
• Deep knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready‑mix concrete, and/asphalt operations, MSHA regulations, engineering principles, and quality‑control systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial acumen in leading performance to established targets and meeting goals.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noise.

Base salary range: $71,880.00 – $ per year (excluding discretionary bonus or equity).
