* Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
* Ensure production schedules align with demand plans and inventory goals.
* Drive execution of volume, quality, and on-time delivery objectives.
* Identify and implement improvements to boost performance and efficiency.
* Manage critical product or equipment issues with cross-functional teams.
* Recommend technical upgrades for equipment and facilities.
* Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve excellence.### ###
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
* 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Experience with workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos).
* Must have U.S. work authorization.###
