Title: Site Project Manager
Location: Onsite in Lorton, VA
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

Role OverviewThe Site Development Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned site development and construction projects, from planning and scheduling through on-site execution and closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships, safety compliance, and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution
- Oversee all phases of site development projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor site progress, anticipate challenges, and develop corrective action plans as needed
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and progress
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and project resources to optimize efficiency and control costs
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Promote a proactive safety culture and conduct regular site inspections
Quality Assurance
- Maintain quality control standards in accordance with project requirements and specifications
- Resolve issues and disputes professionally while minimizing impact to schedule and budget
- 3–5 years of construction or site development project management experience
- Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and on-site operations
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, budgets, and technical documents
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
- Proactive problem-solving and risk management skills
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship management experience
- Budget forecasting and cost optimization experience
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
