Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager who brings extensive experience in enterprise data analytics platforms and the government audit domain and is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects program audit compliance on a mission critical DoD program. The ideal candidate will also perform as a deputy program manager supporting overall execution delivery across a complex data analytics government program.
This role includes working closely with the customer to establish requirements and priorities and working across the program to implement and drive to a perpetually compliant system. The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise, strong communication skills, strategy-through-execution delivery of enterprise capabilities, and a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement with a history of financial audit.
- Develop comprehensive plans that define scope, schedule, resource needs, budget, risk mitigation, and communication strategies for information technology projects and communicate those to implementation teams of various backgrounds to integrate.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment across technical, operational, and client-facing roles for analytic efforts and government audit.
- Monitor and track progress using project management tools
- Manage and report on project budgets, timelines, milestones, and contractual deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and end users.
- Deliver project status reports and updates, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, industry best practices, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, lessons learned sessions and contribute to organizational knowledge and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support customer audits and audit reporting to external independent public auditors regarding system and organization controls.

- Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience
- Broad experience working with DOW enterprise data, data analytics and supporting systems
- Demonstrated experience in program management, including managing multiple projects across functional domains.
- Strong proficiency in project planning, resource management, risk management, and budget oversight.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing program implementation, tracking progress toward goals, and managing within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage program evaluations and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Working knowledge of change management strategies and techniques.
- Strong skills in project and program evaluations, measuring outcomes, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Experience working with OSD, services and defense agency data and systems
- Experience interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to manage deliverables and ensure alignment.
- Familiarity with federal contracting environments and relevant frameworks (e.g., FAR, DFARS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of change management practices and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience leading integrated product teams to meet customer objectives
