- Successfully work as part of a team in the Change Management Team Division to develop, manage, and implement U.S. Space Force (USSF) Campaign Plan.
Responsibilities:
The Campaign Plan Support Specialist will work in the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Division in the Headquarters, United States Space Force (HQSF) Director of Staff (HQSF inherited). Charged with developing, managing, and implementing USSF Campaign Plan and/or other strategic guidance (e.g., re‑optimizing for Great Power Competition (GPC)). The Campaign Plan and/or other strategic documents guide the USSF and operational activities, ensuring alignment of all existing USSF frameworks, including Program Action Directive (PAD), Mission Directives (MDs), Chief of Space Operations (CSO) Lines of Effort, C‑Notes, G and I Directives, and L1 Strategic Initiatives.
The Change Management Team Division leads implementation and governance to ensure accurate progress tracking, elevate key risks and decisions to leaders, and maintain alignment with leadership priorities. The Division also synchronizes HQ and field leadership on priorities, coordinating execution toward a united whole, and provides strategy and execution support for USSF strategic leader forums to enable enterprise discussion, alignment, and बढी decisions.
Contractor Capability Requirements:
- Work in person, on site at either the Potomac Gateway North (PGN) building in Crystal City or the Pentagon (8 hours daily), with occasional remote/telework as directed by the Government task lead. 您ﺰ
