Planet Fitness is seeking an energetic Club Manager to oversee all club operations, create an exceptional member experience, and drive club success. The role involves coaching a high‑performance team, managing club KPIs, and maintaining a culture of respect, health, and safety.

• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and staff scheduling to ensure full coverage.
• Administer employee timecards in ADP and manage the club company card.
• Order club supplies, retail products, and maintain inventory.
• Trend Key Performance Indicators, identify root causes, and execute improvement plans.
• Train team on marketing efforts and promotes club promotions.
• Assist in emergency situations and lead team in a safe, efficient manner.
• Model outstanding member service; coach and inspire team members.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve employee concerns in partnership with HR.
• Submit all employee changes (status, schedule, pay, etc.) in a timely manner.

Daily duties include greeting members and guests, promoting the Judgement Free Zone®, resolving escalated member concerns, answering phones, performing membership functions, prospecting member calls and tours, executing retail transactions, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and club areas, addressing maintenance and facility concerns, and creating cleaning assignments for team members.

• 6‑12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club.
• Continual communicating in person or on the phone.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
• Move self in different positions, including bending and twisting.

$16.10 per hour
