Overview
Our top client is currently seeking an attorney with experience in high-net-worth estate planning and trust administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and tax analysis of estate and business plans with tax-sensitive considerations, including irrevocable trusts, business succession plans, real estate transfers, and charitable vehicles. In addition, the attorney will be responsible for preparing federal gift and estate tax returns and handling audits of such returns.
WhatYou’ll Need
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Trust administration or estate planning
- Licensed to practise in Virginia
- Interest in client interaction and courtroom practice
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $190,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
