Litigation Attorney

Overview

An AMLaw Global 100 firm that has both a national and regional presence is seeking a junior to mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Tysons, Virginia office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a litigation practice at a law firm and a strong interest in handling commercial disputes across a range of industries and legal subject matters.

• Competitive salary ($215,000-$355,000)

• Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Virginia Bar.
• Experience litigating cases in the state courts in Northern Virginia and Federal District Court for Eastern District of Virginia is strongly preferred
• Experience with some deposition and large litigation is preferred
• Experience in managing litigation workflow, including deadlines and filings
• Dedication to professional development, team-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
