LHH has partnered with an organization seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys supporting sophisticated corporate legal work within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
  • Draft, review, and manage corporate governance documents (board materials, resolutions, entity management)
  • Assist with contract administration, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining agreements
  • Manage regulatory filings and compliance-related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, and business teams
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a corporate or in-house paralegal
  • Strong background in corporate governance and entity management
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Compensation & Work Setup
  • Pay rate: $28–$35/hour (dependent on experience)
  • Remote role with a strong preference for candidates located in Virginia (VA)
  • Duration: 12 months
