About the Role
Remote Alert. Seeking a senior level attorney or a junior partner level attorney to join a hands‑on boutique affordable housing law firm. This is a rapidly growing practice that has plenty of work but is open to using your experience. 5+ years experience in the following:
- Bond underwriter/issuer representation experience is valued
- All manner of real estate tax credits
- Commercial real estate experience is a bonus but this work is very much tax incentive centric
- Client facing
This is a major metro firm with a downtown office but you can work anywhere in the country. This opportunity is best suited for someone who seeks autonomy and wants to be exposed to 360 degrees of a deal. Big Law refugees welcome.
