Prestigious Virginia based law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Attorney to join a growing firm. The role can be based in Richmond or Tysons Corner
. Candidates residing outside of these locations are encouraged to apply, as the firm will consider a remote set up for someone meeting the required experience and background.

• 5+ years of experience advising on complex transactional tax matters, with a focus on partnerships, S corporations, and other pass-through entities.
• Strong command of federal tax laws and their application to corporate entities and transactional tax planning.
• Skilled in providing strategic tax counsel for a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, private investment fund structuring and operations, tax-exempt and tax-deferred reorganizations, recapitalizations, spin-offs, redemptions, offshore structuring, and entity formation and selection.
