From the folks that have insured bowling alleys for 36 years (for real), we're looking for an account manager who wants to help us dominate the Bowling & Pickleball insurance markets!

Rednil Insurance Programs is a second generation, family-owned business that dedicates itself exclusively to insuring bowling centers, family entertainment centers Pickleball Clubs! Through building relationships directly with customers, our purpose is to coach small business owners into success and fight their battles when trouble comes their way. We need someone with enough experience to be able to hit the court with speed and agility, a knack for organization, self-management, autonomy, and a love of efficiency and speed. Thanks to Pickleball, business keeps falling out of our ears (gross) and we’re hoping you can help us win. With only 30 team members, we're a family. We HATE micromanagement and have an all-hands-on-deck mentality to help when the cup starts to overflow.

Rednil Insurance Brokers is looking for a mid-level account manager with commercial insurance experience and are offering a salary range between $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year dependent on candidate quality.

• 3 or more years in a commercial insurance account management position
• Degree in anything other than underwater basket weaving or gender studies (or no degree!)
• Clean criminal background check
• Physical residence in the Eastern Time Zone
• Property and Casualty experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Work Location: Remote
