Assign claims and manage workloads based on case severity, location, and team expertise.
Develop skilled claims specialists and identify opportunities for training and mentoring employees to advance their knowledge and skills.
Track open claims, files in suit, loss adjustment expenses, subrogation, and speed of settlement.
Serve as the lead consultant for large clients’ risk mitigation and complex, high-profile claims.
Manage relationships with key partners, insurance companies, and vendors.
Create a high quality, high performing claims consulting and advocacy services group to support the diverse needs of the agency’s client portfolio.
Partner with the sales team as the face of claims education, resolution, and support at key times while claims are active and throughout the annual service cycle.
Develop collaborative claims management strategies with clients to reduce the cost of claims and empower them to make appropriate risk management decisions.[/_text][_heading text="Skills & Experience" ="tag:h3|:26px|:left|:24px" =":

- Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial property and casualty insurance industry claims experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of senior management experience.
- Strong sense for claims operations with a great understanding of the claims process for various insurance companies.
