Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Understand client needs and recommend the right insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and provide support during claims.
• Stay current on industry trends and carrier offerings.
• Serve clients from our existing book of business and by bringing in new prospective clients.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health license is a plus).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office.
