This is a contract (1099) position.

• Conduct prompt, thorough and fair investigations by obtaining relevant facts to determine coverage, origin, and extent of loss.
• Document damage and prepare written estimates using Xactimate software.
• Keep the client and the insured informed about the claim status with clear, timely and accurate written/oral communication.

• 2+ years handling property insurance claims required.
• Candidate must have an active Xactimate account.
• Can handle partial and full assignments.
• Commercial and personal lines experience preferred.
• A qualified candidate must have their own transportation, equipment and software.
• Good writing and technology skills.
