• Strong background in insurance services and client relationship management
• Experience in marketing insurance products, including negotiating rates and reviewing quotes
• Ability to analyze client exposures and develop renewal or new business specifications
• Skilled in supporting Producer-led new business efforts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Support Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
• Initiate renewal processes and collaborate on renewal strategies
• Analyze and compare current exposures to create marketing specifications
• Conduct marketing efforts, negotiate rates, and review coverage for competitiveness and accuracy
• Summarize marketing results and prepare professional proposals
• Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customers
• Assist in soliciting new business from existing accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service across all assigned accounts
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues
