The Position Primary Purpose Of Job (Job Summary)

This role is responsible for the overall visual design and user experience (UX) of digital products for the Medical Affairs AI & Digital team. As a Product Designer, this position leads the creation of high‑fidelity user interfaces (UI), interactive prototypes, and brand visual identities, ensuring that innovative AI/Digital solutions are intuitive, aesthetically professional, and user‑centric for medical experts and internal stakeholders.

Principle

Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Visual & UI Design:
    Lead the visual design for digital products across Mobile (iOS/Android/WeChat Mini Program) and Web platforms, including interface layout, iconography, typography, and color schemes to ensure a high‑quality visual standard.
  • Prototyping & Interaction:
    Create high‑fidelity prototypes and interactive flows to effectively communicate design ideas to Product Managers and POC Developers, bridging the gap between concept and technical implementation.
  • User Experience (UX):
    Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize user journeys. Transform complex medical logic and AI interactions into intuitive and easy‑to‑use experiences.
  • Brand Identity:
    Establish and maintain the visual identity and design system for the AI & Digital team's products, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • AI Product Design:
    Explore and design novel interfaces for AI applications (e.g., conversational UI for LLMs, data visualization for algorithms), focusing on trust and clarity in medical scenarios.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Agile team (PMs, Developers, Medical Experts) to iterate products rapidly based on feedback.
Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • Experience in designing medical‑related digital products or AI applications is highly preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience in UI/UX design for digital products (Web & Mobile).
Job Required Competencies
  • Design Proficiency:
    Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai). Proficient in creating design systems and high‑fidelity mockups.
  • Visual & Iconography:
    Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to create custom icons and illustrations that align with the professional medical image.
  • UX Thinking:
    Ability to translate abstract requirements into user‑friendly workflows. Familiarity with user research methodologies.
  • Communication:
    Ability to clearly articulate design rationales to non‑design stakeholders (developers and medical experts) and collaborate effectively.
