Job Title

Oracle HCM Technical/Functional REMOTE

Local candidates strongly preferred.

Candidates may need to work the first two weeks, or more, ONSITE in Richmond, VA and be available to come to work in the office occasionally, when needed.

• Ability to create, edit reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM/Data Fusion analytics – Required 3 Years
• Ability to create Dashboards – global and secured – Required 3 Years
• Set up and configuration of HCM modules – Core, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety, ORC, Learning – Required 3 Years
• Ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided and regular – Required 3 Years
• Familiarity with troubleshooting end user issues – Highly desired 3 Years
• Experience with HR functional teams – Highly desired 3 Years
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot transactional workflows – Required 3 Years
• Experience with gathering functional user requirements and translating them into deliverables – Highly desired 3 Years
• Creating testing scripts to support functional changes – Desired
• Experience with creating automated integrations – Highly desired
• Experience HDL loads – Required
• Experience creating forms – Nice to have
