Position DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to help guide teams and leadership through Agile maturity and transformation initiatives. This role focuses on coaching cross‑functional teams, enabling scalable Agile practices, and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen delivery outcomes across enterprise programs.
The ideal candidate brings experience coaching at scale, supporting leadership adoption of Agile principles, and helping organizations evolve from traditional delivery models toward Lean‑Agile ways of working. You will facilitate workshops, mentor teams, influence decision‑makers, and help drive measurable improvements in collaboration, predictability, and value delivery.
This position is well‑suited for candidates who enjoy working across multiple teams, shaping organizational practices, and enabling sustainable Agile adoption in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams and leaders on Agile, Lean, Scrum, and SAFe practices
- Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives and maturity improvements
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and training on Agile frameworks and best practices
- Guide teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and delivery optimization
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and remove delivery impediments
- Track and interpret Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and alignment across programs and teams
- Help shape scalable Agile practices that improve business value delivery
- 5–10+ years of experience working in Agile environments, including coaching or transformation work
- Proven experience supporting Agile adoption across multiple teams or enterprise programs
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Lean, or other scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and leadership discussions
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and guide organizational change
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- SAFe certification (SPC, RTE, or similar)
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
