We're seeking an innovative, mission-driven product leader with a proven track record of taking bold ideas from concept through execution - turning them into real-world impact. Salesforce Mission force is focused on enabling the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Public Sector to accelerate decision-making, mission readiness, and digital transformation.
Lead the strategic evolution of Mission force's AI and Automated Data Curation portfolio. Empower government agencies to move beyond centralized cloud analytics and deploy high-performance, autonomous intelligence to the edge.
You will be responsible for building and scaling a Mission-Ready Data Factory. This platform will automate the ingestion, high-fidelity labeling, and fine-tuning of massive unstructured datasets (imagery, signals, and sensor data), transforming raw information into specialized models that power AI in disconnected or high-security environments.
Responsibilities- Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mission Force product offerings - especially in Trust, Compliance, Security, Privacy, Scalability, Accessibility, and mission readiness.
- Dive deeply into product/platform architecture to ensure it supports key requirements of defense/public sector: secure cloud operations, AI/ML-enabled decision support, operational resilience.
- Architect a secure, data-labeling and curation suite. Lead the development of tools that use AI to label data for AI, enabling rapid fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision (CV) models.
- Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of feature work and compliance efforts, coordinating across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and ops teams.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), User Experience (UX), and User Research & Insights teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Define and execute the product strategy for Mission force, including developing a new pricing and packaging model focused on customer outcomes.
- Drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products and features to ensure a successful launch.
- Lead cross-functional product launch activities, ensuring sales and marketing teams are equipped to drive adoption and revenue.
- Partner with the Salesforce AI Research and Data
360 teams to port commercial innovations into specialized, sovereign-cloud environments. - Evangelize product value internally-Salesforce teams, engineering, public sector leadership-and externally: government customers, prospects, events.
- Establish and track clear success metrics; ensure visible progress every release toward closing gaps and maturing capabilities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.
- Minimum 7+ years in technical Product Management, with a focus on Machine Learning (ML) Infrastructure, Data Labeling, or Edge Computing.
- Minimum 7+ years product management experience; significant leadership (Director or similar) strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to set a compelling product vision and lead cross-functional teams to deliver in regulated, high-stakes environments.
- Experience building and executing 2 to 3-year roadmaps that anticipate and respond to mission and market needs.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including hybrid models, multi-cloud strategy, and secure cloud operations for government.
- Expertise in Sensor Fusion:
