Geo Owl is seeking experienced intelligence professionals to support mission-critical Military Intelligence operations in direct support of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its supported components. These roles support a broad range of intelligence functions across strategic, operational, and tactical environments.
Related experience in support within the USSOCOM domain is highly valued.
Positions are primarily based within the United States, with the potential for periodic OCONUS rotations in direct support of customer operational requirements. Assignments may support headquarters staff, component commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and deployed forces.

The Intelligence Support Services – Joint (ISSJ) mission provides comprehensive intelligence support to USSOCOM and its global operational elements. Services span the full intelligence lifecycle and include analytical, operational, collection, exploitation, and dissemination support across all major intelligence disciplines.

QualificationsEducation & Experience
Education and years of experience vary by role and customer requirements
Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOF, TSOCs, or deployed operational environments is strongly preferred
All-Source Intelligence Analysts – Integrate multi-INT data to produce actionable intelligence supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Subject Matter Experts – Exploit captured documents and media to assess adversary capabilities, networks, and intent.
Counterintelligence Analysts – Identify, assess, and mitigate foreign intelligence threats to U.S. personnel, operations, and interests.
Foreign Disclosure Representatives – Review and authorize intelligence releases in accordance with U.S. foreign disclosure policies and guidance.
Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Experts – Provide subject-matter expertise supporting HUMINT operations, planning, analysis, and compliance.
HUMINT Collection Management Officers – Manage HUMINT reporting, validation, and dissemination to align collection with intelligence requirements.
Intelligence Analyst Trainers – Train intelligence personnel on analytic tools, tradecraft, and methodologies supporting mission execution.
Intelligence Collection Managers – Develop, prioritize, and synchronize intelligence collection requirements across multiple disciplines.
Intelligence Discipline Leads – Lead and integrate specialized intelligence disciplines to support targeting and operational objectives.
Intelligence Exploitation Analysts – Analyze exploited information from HUMINT, detainee operations, and materials to support targeting and threat analysis.
Intelligence Graphic Artists – Design visual products that enhance clarity and impact of intelligence assessments and briefings.
Intelligence Operations Specialists – Coordinate intelligence programs, projects, and operational processes to support mission readiness.
