Position Summary
:
Design, deliver, and sustain comprehensive training program for 250+ budget analysts, admins, executives. Ensure user adoption through role‑based sessions aligned with capabilities (drill‑downs, workflows, reporting).
Key Responsibilities
:
- Conduct training needs analysis; develop curriculum for 5+ user roles (analyst, approver, viewer)
- Execute on‑site/virtual instructor‑led training (ILT), workshops, train‑the‑trainer
- Support UAT, hyper‑care (go‑live), knowledge transfers to client trainers
- Measure effectiveness (Kirkpatrick levels: reactions, learning, behavior, results)
- Maintain training library; deliver annual refreshers for version updates
- Coordinate with PM for schedule integration
Required Qualifications
:
- 4‑5 years enterprise software training delivery (financial/budgeting apps, 200+ users)
- Public sector/government rollout experience
- CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer), ATD Master Trainer, or CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development)
Preferred
: LMS admin (Cornerstone, Moodle), adult learning methodologies, ROI measurement
