Seneca Resources is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Lead to support enterprise application testing initiatives for a large financial services organization. This role is responsible for performing < لأنintegration, regression, and functional testing toැensure systems meet technical requirements, business standards, and organizational policies.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on testing expertise combined with test leadership and full lifecycle project coordination experience
. This role collaborates closely with business, development, and operations teams to ensure systems are production‑ready, reliable, and aligned with established best practices.
- Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to validate system requirements and business processes.
- Assist senior QA resources in certifying systems as test‑complete and ready for production deployment
. - Create, maintain
Surf, and execute test cases and test scripts aligned with functional and technical specifications. - Prepare, modify, and manage test data and test conditions to support accurate execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies
. - Coordinate and maintain test environments
, including scheduling inputs and managing dependencies. - Track and report testing metrics, including execution progress, time spent, defects, and testing delays.
- Serve as Test Lead on assigned projects, ensuring testing activities remain on schedule and within scope.
- Communicate testing results, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support full project lifecycle management, including:
- Project planning, scope, schedule, and cost management
- Resource coordination and quality management
- Risk, issue, and change management
- Successful implementation and handoff to production
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned business functions, systems, and processes.
- Support issue resolution and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and development/operations framework methodologies
. - Experience creating and executing structured test plans, test cases, and test reports
. - Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
