About The Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join us.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform Software Asset Management functions including model management, entitlement management, custom product/publisher part number/discovery map (as needed), and reconciliation of software licenses.
- Report on compliance position of software publishers using data from Big Fix Inventory, Service Now Discovery, and other discovery tools as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma plus 3 years of experience in software asset management, contract management or software licensing.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to manage items pertaining to related IT assets.
- Experience with large vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, and Adobe.
- Team player who works well alongside teammates and helps each other to learn and grow; knowledge sharing is an absolute must Canary.
- Candidate must take initiative, ask questions, ask for help, and do the same for teammates.
- Desired experience with Service Now Software Asset Management Professional application; not required if another Software Asset Management solution has been used.
Clearance Requirements:
Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance.
Citizenship Requirement:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
