Service Now ITOM/CMDB Technical Consultant

Windward Consulting Gesund, an elite Service Now partner, delivers real‑world Service Reliability solutions. In this role you will work with clients to model and integrate their infrastructure into the CMDB, assess current state processes, define solution requirements, and lead implementation and team oversight.

• Assess current state IT service management processes and tools.
• Define solution requirements, including integrations, architecture and implementation plans.
• Implement and configure Service Now CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Lead and supervise team members during implementation.
• Model and map network, storage and compute infrastructure within the CMDB.
• Collaborate with clients to align solutions with business goals.

• Service Now Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation.
• Expertise with at least three full‑lifecycle Service Now implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with Service Now focusing on event management, monitoring and integrations.
• Deep experience in cloud deployment, standardization and consulting with large enterprises.
• Modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures
  
  Greg for monitoring (cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, application services).
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and evaluating vendor tools.
• Demonstrable experience with Service Now JavaScript and Glide queries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility as a Service Now expert.

• CIS Discovery
• CIS Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
• Micro‑certification Health Log Analytics
• Service Now AIOPS certification
• Web development experience (significant plus)
• JavaScript experience
• ITIL®v3 Expert designation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
