- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce CPQ enhancements, integrations, and platform improvements

- Manage and mentor a small team (1-2 members) while providing hands‑on technical guidance
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce CPQ
- 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Lead/Manager or leading small implementation teams
- Strong skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, data modeling, and integration via APIs
- Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including products, pricing, renewanciers, and amendments
- Familiarity with Agile development, backlog prioritization, and CI/CD deployment processes
- Exposure to Salesforce Billing, Order Management, or Revenue processes
- Experience with integrations to ERP/finance systems like Net Suite, SAP, or Workday
- Knowledge of Conga CLM, Docu Sign, or document generation tools
- Experience in training end users and creating system documentation
- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant
