CACI is looking for an Agile Coach with experience coaching SAFe implementations. The candidate will be part of an Oracle EBS R12 Department of War multi‑customer solution and will be a servant leader to facilitate both change and collaboration a SAFe coach the candidate will exemplify the attributes of the Lean‑Agile mindset as well as a learning and growth attitude to lead by example, while continuously fostering positive change.
Responsibilities- Guide organizations in fostering better ways of working
- Using the principles of SAFe, serve the teams, enable product delivery, and benefit the overall enterprise
- By embodying servant leadership, help the organization increase SAFe’s effectiveness and relentlessly expand collaboration, coordination, knowledge transfer, and consistent information flow
- Be a facilitator of change by organizing around value, encouraging knowledge sharing and use of design thinking to innovate
- Find ways to coach and continuously improve collaboration at scale
- Communicate the business need, urgency, and vision for change
- Socialize the new concepts and communicate upcoming changes and establish metrics
- Work with stakeholders to understand the flow of value and facilitate the identification of Operational Value Streams, Development Value Streams and ARTs to find those that are the most opportunistic for launch
- Train executives, leaders, Agile teams, and specialty roles—such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Train Engineer (STE) and Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Train teams and participate in critical events like Program Increment (PI) Planning and Inspect and Adapt (I&A)
- Coach leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs
- Coach teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, STEs, and RTEs
- Guide the shift from project‑to‑product with a focus on Customer Centricity and Design Thinking as part of Agile Product Delivery
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and System Demo, facilitate I&A and follow-up on improvement items
- Help teams establish a Dev Ops culture and mindset, the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, infrastructure, and associated Agile technical practices
- Facilitate extension to the portfolio by socializing and driving SAFe practices to the portfolio level, including Portfolio Vision, Lean Budgets using Participatory Budgeting and Guardrails and Lean Portfolio Management
- Communicate the value of Strategic Themes
- Measure & Grow the SAFe implementation at various points using SAFe provided assessments to understand where the organization is on the path to business agility
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ten (10) years of related experience
- Two (2) years’ experience coaching SAFe implementations
- Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) or Certified SAFe® Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience implementing Full SAFe for an enterprise building large‑scale solutions
- Department of War/Federal experience

Pay Range$105,100‑$231,100
Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
